摘 要:目的:研究非特异性下腰痛的运动康复训练方法.方法:对36名非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)患者,运用TheraBand抗阻力运动疗法。并在抗阻力运动前后进行腰部疼痛度视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry腰痛残疾指数(ODI)、背部肌肉力量的评价。结果:抗阻力运动后VAS由2 325分下降至550分、ODI由1 176.8分降至201.2分;背部肌肉力量男患者由练前平均停留84s,练后上升至235s(P<0.05),女患者由练前51s,练后上升至186s(P<0.05)。结论:Thera-Band抗阻力运动疗法对非特异性下腰痛有积极意义(P<0.05),对下腰痛患者的腰背镇痛、增强肌肉力量、稳定脊柱、促进肌肉本体感觉、扩大椎间关节活动度以及运动神经调节肌群运动能力均有明显作用。Objective: To research rehabilitation training methods of Nonspecific Low Back Pain. Method: To use resistance exercise to train 36 patients with nonspecifie low back pain (NLBP). And make a evaluation of back pain visual analogue scale (VAS), Oswestry low back pain disability index (ODD and back muscle strength before and after the resistive exercise. Results: After the resistance exercise,VAS drops from 2 325 to 550, ODI drops from 1 176. to 201.2. For the male patient, back pain disability shows the total scores is 1 176.8 before training, while rise to 235s ( P〈0. 05) after the training. While for the female patients, they are 5 ls and 186s (P〈0.05) respectively. Conclusion: The thera--band resistance exercise has a significant effect on nonspecific low back pain, and has obvious effect on reliving the back pain, enhancing the muscle strength, stabilizing the spine, promoting muscle proprioception, expanding intervertebral joint mobility and regulating movement ability of motor nerve muscle.
