化浊解毒方对黄褐斑模型小鼠c-myc基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察化浊解毒方对黄褐斑模型小鼠用药前后角朊细胞中c-myc基因表达的影响。方法采用紫外线照射法造小鼠黄褐斑模型30只,用免疫组化方法检测小鼠模型皮损角朊细胞中c-myc基因的表达,并与正常对照组比较。测定给予化浊解毒方后c-myc基因表达的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,小鼠黄褐斑模型皮损处c-myc基因表达明显增多(P<0.05);经化浊解毒方治疗后,c-myc基因表达明显下降,但与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论化浊解毒方可能是通过降低表皮角朊细胞中c-myc基因的表达产生治疗效果。Objective To investigate the influence of Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription on the c- myc expression of keratinocyte before and after medication in chloasma mouse model. Methods The uhraviolet radiation method was adopted to establish 30 cases of mouse chloasma model and the immunohistochemical method was used to detect the c- myc expression of keratinocyte in the skin lesion of the mouse model. The detected results were compared with that in the normal control group. The expression change of c- myc after us- ing Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription was measured. Results The c- myc expression level in the skin lesions of the chloasma mouse model was increased obviously, which showing statistical difference compared with the normal control group（P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment of Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription, the c- myc expression was significantly decreased, and had no statistical difference compared with the nor- mal control group（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription could generate the curative effect by reducing the c-myc expression of epidermal keratinocvte.
