高效液相色谱法同时测定抗脑衰胶囊中3种成分含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定抗脑衰胶囊中葛根素、芍药苷和二苯乙烯苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(12∶88),检测波长为230 nm,柱温为室温,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果进样量葛根素在0.043 4~1.018μg(r=0.999 8),芍药苷在0.074 8~2.92μg(r=0.999 9),二苯乙烯苷在0.056 4~2.2μg(r=0.999 7)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系。平均回收率葛根素为98.49%,芍药苷为99.75%,二苯乙烯苷为98.60%;三者RSD分别为0.84%,0.97%和1.81%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快捷、实用,可同时测定制剂中3种成分的含量。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for the simultaneous determination of puerarin, paeoniflorin and stibene glucoside contents in Kangnaoshuai Capsule. Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （12：88）, the detective wavelength was 230 nm, the column temperature was the room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The good linear correlation existed in the range of 0.0434-1.018txg of puerarin（r=0.999 8）,0.0748- 2.92 I^g of paeonioflorin（ r =0. 999 9） and 0. 056 4 -2.2 /~g of stilbene glucoside（ r =0. 999 7） respectively. The average recovery rates of puerarin, paeonioflorin and stilbene glucoside were 98.49%, 99.75% and 98.60%, RSD（n=6） was 0.84%, 0.97% and 1.81% respectively. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid and practical, which can be used to simultaneously determine the contents of 3 kinds of component in the preparation.
