摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、问卷调查和层次分析等方法对中国女子水球队竞争力分析模型进行研究,为后续解析中国女子水球队竞争力的发展态势提供依据。研究表明,中国女子水球队竞争力是由若干相互交织、相互作用的动态要素共同组成,这些要素又按其属性及关系形成若干层次,上一层次的要素对下一层次有关因素起支配作用。A model of the competitiveness of Chinese women＇s water polo team is discussed by using methods of literature review, questionnaire and AHP which provide the basis for develop- ment situation of Chinese women＇s water polo team. The result shows that the competitiveness of Chinese women＇s water polo team is consisted of several interactive dynamic features which can he classified as levels by their attributes and relationships and the upper levels predominate over the lower.
