摘 要:为提高油包水钻井液的稳定性,采用有机酸、烷醇酰胺和聚醚羧酸盐3种表面活性剂制备了一种新型抗高温乳化剂YJR-1。采用破乳电压法和近红外扫描法评价了YJR-1的乳化性能,并考察了YJR-1的抗高温老化性能和油水比对其乳化效果的影响,分析了YJR-1的作用机理。实验结果表明,YJR-1的乳化性能良好,能抗200℃高温陈化;随油水比的减小,其乳化性能未明显降低,所配制的油水体积比为6∶4的钻井液在150℃下老化16 h后,破乳电压仍达302 V。YJR-1主要通过大幅度降低油水界面张力,并在油水界面形成高强度的界面膜来维持钻井液体系的稳定性。A novel emulsifier YJR-I with heat resistance was prepared from three surfactants, namely organic acid, alkanolamide and polyether carboxylate, to improve the stability of water-in-oil drilling fluid. The emulsification performances of Y JR-1 were evaluated by means of emulsion breaking voltage and near infrared scanning methods. The heat resistance of YJR-1 and the influence of the ratio of oil to water on the emulsification performances of YJR-I were investigated. The emulsification mechanism of Y JR-1 was also analyzed. The results showed that the emulsifier Y JR-1 had a good performance in the emulsification and could be heat resistant at 200 ℃. With decreasing the ratio of oil to water, the emulsification performance of YJR-1 didn't reduce evidently. The emulsion breaking voltage of the drilling fluid with volume ratio of oil to water of 6 : 4 prepared with YJR-1 could reach 302 V after aging at 150 ℃ for 16 h. The emulsifier YJR-1 can keep the stability of the drilling fluid mainly by reducing oil-water interfacial tension and forming high strength interface film.
