摘  要:作为公益型、创新型的教育教学模式,研究生暑期学校集优质师资、优秀生源、优势学科教育资源三者于一身,旨在激发研究生创新思维、培养创新人才、提升研究生教育质量与科研水平。调研结果显示,研究生暑期学校办学效果良好,得到了师生的高度认可,在拓展学员的学术视野,加深其对主题领域科研问题的认识深度,以及核心概念理解等方面发挥了重要作用。暑期学校办学机制创新性、教学模式新颖性都会对实施效果产生直接影响,需要以"创新、实践、交流、深入"的新型教育理念去办好暑期学校。As a free, innovative teaching model, the graduate students" summer school taps three educational resources, namely, quality teachers, outstanding students, superior academic disciplines, to cultivate students" creativity and innovativeness in order to improve the quality of graduate education and research level. Researches show that graduate students" summer school has produced good effects and has been highly acclaimed by teachers and students. This practice plays an important role in expanding the student's academic vision and deepening their understanding of their academic fields. Its innovativeness in education and the teaching mode will have a direct impact in the future. Therefore, we need to realize principles of " innovativeness, practicality, communicativeness, and depth" in providing summer school education to graduate students.
