Oddi括约肌CCK受体和血中CCK水平改变在胆管结石诊断和疗效评价中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血中胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平和Oddi括约肌CCK受体改变在胆管结石诊断和疗效评价中的临床价值。方法检测136例胆管结石患者取石前及取石后1个月和50例同期因消化道症状行胃镜检查无胆道结石者外周血清中CCK的水平和Oddi括约肌CCK受体改变。结果取石前,观察组血中CCK水平明显高于对照组,Oddi括约肌CCK受体含量低于对照组,取石后CCK水平测定值明显低于术前,Oddi括约肌CCK受体含量较取石前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Oddi括约肌CCK受体和血中CCK水平改变对胆道结石患者的诊断、疗效观察具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical significance content of CCK acceptors sphincter of oddi and the level of CCK in the blood for diagnosis and evaluation of cholelitiasis. Methods Detection of content of CCK acceptors of oddi and on the contents of CCK in the blood were performed in 136 patients with cholelitiasis and 50 without cholelithiasis due to gastrointestinal symptoms gastroscopy persons over the same period. The changes of CCK preoperative and postoperative in control group were also observed. Results The observation of CCK levels in the control group is significantly higher than that of the control group. The CCK receptor level of sphincter of Oddi CCK was lower than the control group. The CCK levels were significantly lower than after preoperative. The CCK receptor level of sphincter of oddi is higher than before the operation. The difference was statistically significant, all P 〈0. 05. Conclusion The level of CCK acceptors of oddi and on the level of CCK in the blood is of important clinicalsignificance in the diagnosis evaluation and predict recurrence of cholelitiasis.
