牵引复位有限制动治疗小儿先天性髋脱位的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察用牵引复位有限制动的治疗方法治疗小儿先天性髋脱位的疗效。方法选取我院2010年1月—2013年1月的来我院就诊的先天性髋关节脱位患儿40例为研究对象实施牵引复位有限制动治疗方法,予以治疗并随访,记录其复位成功例数,再脱位例数,发生股骨头坏死例数及按照先天性髋脱位疗效评定标准,根据脱位程度进行疗效评价。结果经过牵引复位有限制动治疗,复位成功例数52髋,再脱位5例,发生股骨头坏死例数2例,按脱位程度进行疗效评价,总优良率为91.4%。结论牵引复位有限制动治疗先天性髋脱位具有较好效果。提高了复位成功率,减少再脱位率,值得临床推广。Objective The curative effect in treatment for braking traction limited observation of treatment of congenital hip dislo-cation. Methods The congenital dislocation of hip joint in 40 cases as the object of study the implementation of traction Co. brake treatment methods in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 January in our hospital were treated and followed up, record the number of successful cases, the reduction of the number of cases, necrosis of the femoral head, the number of cases and in accor-dance with the standard of curative effect evaluation congenital dislocation of the hip, the therapeutic effect was evaluated accord- ing to the degree of. Results After the treatment of traction limited braking, reset the number of successful cases in 52 hips, and dislocation in 5 cases, avascular necrosis of the femoral head were occurred in 2 cases, the therapeutic effect was evaluated ac-cording to the degree of dislocation, the total excellent and good rate was 91.4%. Conclusion The traction reduction has the better effect of treatment of congenital hip dislocation braking traction. To improve the reduction rate, reduce the rate of redislocation, which is worth the clinical promotion.
