35例高活性CK标本的CK-MB质量及活性检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对高活性CK标本进行CK-MB质量及活性检测比较,为临床提供准确结果。方法将35例高活性CK标本分别在全自动化学发光仪及全自动生化分析仪上检测其CK-MB质量及活性。结果 CK-MB活性的测定结果与实际值相比远远要高;CK-MB质量检测可有效减少检测干扰,有效保证可靠的检测结果。结论高活性CK标本严重影响其CK-MB活性检测,但对CK-MB质量检测影响不大。Objective To provide accurate results for clinical practice by comparing the test result of CK-MB mass and actiyity of specimens with high CK activity. Methods The automated chemiluminescence analyzer and the automatic biochemical analyzer were used to detect the CK-MB mass and activity of 35 cases of specimens with high CK activity, respectively. Results The result of the detection of the activity of CK-MB is much higher than the actual activity; however, the detection of the mass of CK-MB can effectively reduce interference and ensure the reliability of test results. Conclusion Specimens with high CK activity will seri- ously affect the result of the detection of the activity of CK-MB, however, it has little effect on the detection of CK-MB mass.
