观察茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗在新生儿黄疸临床治疗的效果。方法采集该院2012年1月—2013年1月新生儿科104例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为两组,其中实验组51例,采用常规药物治疗和蓝光照射治疗,对照组53例,采取常规药物治疗、蓝光治疗的同时加用茵栀黄口服液,比较分析两组患儿治疗期间血清总胆红素下降情况和治疗效果。结果两组患儿治疗期间血清总胆红素下降情况和治疗效果有明显差异,差异有统计学意义。结论茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light irradiation in the treat- ment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 104 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted in Newborn Department of our hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, including 51 cases in the experimental group, treated by routine drug therapy and blue light irradiation, and 53 cases in the control group, treated by routine drug therapy, blue light ir- radiation and Yinzhihuang oral liquid. The decline in serum total bilirubin and treatment effect of two groups during treatment were compared and analyzed. Results There is an obvious difference between the two groups during the treatment in the decline of serum total bilirubin and treatment effect, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yinzhihuang combined with blue light irradiation on neonatal jaundice is obvious, and is worthy to be popularized in clinical treat- ment.
