摘　　要：异烟肼对结核杆菌有高度选择性,有较强的抑制和杀灭作用,因其具有疗效高、毒性小、口服方便、价格低廉等优点,是目前临床治疗结核病的首选药物。药物中异烟肼的含量测定方法很多,进行系统的报道尚未见到。在此,笔者将国内常见的方法作一综述。Isoniazid is highly selective and have strong inhibitory and killing effect for the tuberculosis.Because of its high efficacy, low toxicity,convenient and inexpensive, it is the first choice for the Clinical treatment of tuberculosis.There are many ways for the determination of isoniazid,but we can not find the review for it.This article provides an review of the common technologies in our country.
