地佐辛、利多卡因对丙泊酚在人工流产术中注射痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察地佐辛和利多卡因对人工流产术中丙泊酚注射痛的影响。方法:选择150例ASA分级I-II级行人工流产患者,随机分为三组,每组50例。对照组:丙泊酚注射前3min给予生理盐水3ml;利多卡因组:丙泊酚注射前3min给予2%盐酸利多卡因3ml;地佐辛组:丙泊酚注射前3min给予0.1mg/kg地佐辛。采用行为模糊指示法进行评分观察丙泊酚注射痛程度。结果:地佐辛组和利多卡因组之间注射痛无差异,但均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛和利多卡因均能明显降低丙泊酚注射痛,同时地佐辛还能减轻流产手术所致的疼痛反应。Objective：To observe the effect of dezocine and lidocaine on pain of propofol-induced injection and effect of artificial abortion analgesia. Methods： 150 cases of ASAⅠ-Ⅱ class of artificial abortion are randomly divided into three groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group： 3 rain before propofol injection given saline 3 ml; The lidocaine group： 3 min before propofol injection given 2% lidocaine hydrochloride 3 ml; The dezocine group：3 min before propofol injection given 0.1mg/kg dezocine. Observe the degree of propofol injection pain by using behavior fuzzy indicator method. Results：There is no difference in dezocine and lidocaine injection pain between the groups, but they are significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Both dezocine and lidocaine can apparently reduce injection pain of propofol, at the same time dezocine can relieve the pain caused by the reaction of abortion operation.
