摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对小儿急性阴囊包块的诊断价值。方法:根据超声检查结果,选择手术探查或者超声随访。结果:58例患儿,15例超声提示为睾丸或睾丸附睾扭转;1例患儿超声提示睾丸的肿瘤;11例超声提示腹股沟疝伴嵌顿,后均经手术证实;4例超声提示睾丸鞘膜腔积液;27例超声提示睾丸及附睾炎。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以对小儿阴囊包块的形态、回声和血供做出明确的判断。Objective：To evaluate color Doppler Ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute scrotal mass in children. Methods： The patients underwent surgery exploration or clinical observation by ultrasound. Result： There were 15 cases of testis or testicular epididymal torsion, 1 case of testieular tumour, 11 cases of the inguinal hernia with incarceration. All the cases above were confirmed by surgery. 4 cases of testis sheath effusion. 27 cases of testis and epididymitis. Conclusion： Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the morphology, echo and blood supply of the testis and epididymis of the pediatric.
