摘　　要：目的:探讨急性脑出血患者院前急救护理的效果。方法:回顾分析两组临床资料,并观察分析院前急救护理的效果。结果:两组的治疗有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组的死亡率及中枢性高热等并发症的发生率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:快速有效的院前急救护理措施为急性脑出血患者赢得了宝贵时间。Objective：To explore the effect of pre-hospital first-aid care for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical condition between the two groups to know the effect of pre-hospital first-aid cares. Result：There was significant difference of both effective rate and dead rate and occurring rate of complications （such as central high fever and cerebral hernia et al.） between the two groups （P〈O.05）. Conclusions：Quick and effective pre-hospital first-aid cares are very important for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
