干部门诊医务人员手卫生依从性调查

摘　　要：目的调查干部门诊医务人员手卫生依从性现状,为提高手卫生依从性提供依据。方法采用隐蔽式现场观察方法,根据卫生部颁布的《WS/T313-2009医务人员手卫生规范》对干部门诊医务人员手卫生依从性进行调查。结果 35名医务人员手卫生依从性为27.43%,手卫生依从性最高是护士,12名占36.98%,其次是医师,13名占29.26%,实习护士6名占19.14%,手卫生依从性最低是保洁员,4名占8.33%;医务人员在无菌操作前、接触患者体液后手卫生依从性高,依从率分别为62.16%、61.90%,而在接触患者前后及离开病房环境后手卫生依从性低,依从率分别为26.98%、2.08%、19.35%。结论干部门诊医务人员手卫生依从性较低,应加强培训、考核、监督及管理。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of hand hygiene compliance among the medical staff of cadre outpatient department so as to provide evidence for improving the hand hygiene compliance.METHODS By means of concealed onsite observation method,the hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff was investigated according to the′WS/T313-2009 hand hygiene norms of medical staff′issued by the Ministry of Health.RESULTS Of totally 35medical staff investigated,the rate of the hand hygiene compliance was 27.43%,the rate of hand hygiene compliance of the nurses was the highest（12,36.98%）,followed by the doctors（13,29.26%）,the practice nurses（6,19.14%）,and the cleaning staff（4,8.33%）;the rates of the hand hygiene compliance were the highest before the aseptic operation（62.16%）and after contacting with body fluid of the patients（61.90%）, while the rates of the hand hygiene compliance were the lowest before（26.98%）and after（2.08%）contacting with the patients and after the medical staff left the wards（19.35%）.CONCLUSIONThe rate of the hand hygiene compliance is relatively low among the medical staff among the cadre outpatient department,and it is necessary to enhance the training,assessment,supervision,and management.
