摘　　要：受儒家文化影响传统医德把医学定位为医道,赋予了医学更为深厚的人文内涵,也形成了传统医德强调德性和义务的特点。社会经济文化的变迁及医学技术的发展使传统医德的传承和发展面临诸多困境。立足于社会主义核心价值体系和现代医学职业精神,将权利与义务、美德伦理与规范伦理相结合是实现传统医德思想现代转化,推进目前医德医风建设的基本路径。Influenced by the Confucian culture, traditional medical ethics positioned the ＂medicine＂ as ＂medical knowledge＂, are also giving ＂medicine＂ with deep humanistic connotation. Traditional medical ethics had its own characteristics in the stress on morality and obligation. Owing to development and change of society, economy and culture, the heritage and development of Traditional medical ethics is confronted with many difficulties. Based on the socialist core value system and modem medical profession, combine rights and obligations, Virtue Ethics and Normative ethics is basic path of realizing the modem transformation of traditional medical ethics and also currently promoting the medical ethics construction.
