柞蚕雄蛾重金属污染物的含量测定与对比分析

摘　　要：为验证柞蚕雄蛾的食用安全性,对柞蚕雄蛾粉中的重金属污染物进行了测定。结果发现,柞蚕雄蛾中汞、铬、铅、镉、砷的含量低于谷物、蔬菜、肉、蛋食品的相关限量标准。In order to verify the edible safety of tussah＇s male moth, the heavy metal pollutants in tussah＇s male moth powder were determined. The results show that the contents of mercury, chromium, lead, cadmium and arsenic in tussah＇s male moth are below the relevant food standard set for grain,vegetables,meat and eggs,which proved that tussah^s male moth is safe to eat
