银川市个体诊所医疗废物处置现状调查及分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查的方法,对银川市兴庆区、金凤区、西夏区25家个体诊所医疗废物的管理处置现状进行调查,发现仅有76%的个体诊所产生医疗废物交由专业机构处理,其余部分为更少或不缴纳医疗垃圾处理费则混同生活垃圾一同投进垃圾箱中或自行倾倒;提出应加强对医疗废物的监管力度并采取切实可行措施,以确保医疗废物能安全处置。The medical waste management and disposal from 25 individual clinics in Xingqing, Jinfeng, Xixia districts of Yinchuan were investigated by using questionnaire survey. The results showed that 76% of them entrusted the special agencies to dispose medical waste. The others put medical waste with domestic waste into dustbin together or dumpedby themself in order to get less medical waste treatment fee. The suggestions of reinforcing medical waste supervision and taking practical measures were put forward to ensure safe disposal of medical waste.
