摘　　要：以硝基丙酸为原料,经两步合成标题化合物。产物结构经核磁共振谱、红外光谱谱确定,总收率60%,反应条件温和。The synthesis and characterization of 2-benzyl-3-nitropropionoic acid tert-butyl ester. The synthesis of 2-benzyl- 3-nitropropionoie acid tert-butyl ester, is obtained from 3-nitropropionoic acid. The structure of 2-benzyl-3-nitropropionoic acid tert-butyl ester is confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectrometry. The obtained product is under mild conditions, overall yield is 60%.
