摘　　要：我所在的医院是一所基层三甲医院,随着本市经济水平的不断提高,我院医学水平也节节高升。越来越多的凝难、复杂手术在我院开展。手术室又是治疗和抢救重地,尤其对外伤引起的失血性休克、急、危、重症病人。我眼我院自2008年开展颈内静脉、锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术至今。共成功置管229例。保证了麻醉及手术的顺利进行。使患者在住院治疗期间,实现静脉输液全疗程-一针治疗＂。免去了每天反复扎针的痛苦.The hospital of my place is a grass-roots three A hospitalses, along with this city economy level of continuously exaltation, l medical science level in the hospital also rise higher and higher.The more and more Nings difficult and complicated surgical operation develops in my hospital.Is the operating room treatment and salvage important precincts again？Particularly and outward harm to causablely lose guts shock, hasty, Wei, ad- vanced case patient.My eye＇s my hospital develops vein inside the neck and lock a bone from 2008 bottom the vein wear a sting to place to take care of Shu up to now.Totally and successfully place to take care of 229.Promised anaesthesia and surgical operation of smoothly progress.Make the sufferer be going to hospital to cure to expect to ask, carry out vein to lose the liquid whole treatmentses-one needle treatment＂.avoided pain and sufferings that again and again acupunetures every clay.the especially outside week vein wear to stab a difficult sufferer and protected outside week vein and eased to treat the area nurse＇s workload, be cured the sympathy for suffering from.
