摘 要:建于深厚回填土地基的阳泉市某小区门楼北侧塔楼,由于受地基的固结以及地下水的双重效应影响,发生了显著的整体倾斜,其变形值远超出规范允许限值,且变形仍在加剧。基于综合分析和论证,采用了地基托换和顶升技术对塔楼进行治理,达到了预期效果。变形治理过程中,所涉及的上部结构-基础-地基相互作用力学验算、将挖孔桩作为托换及顶升装置的实践、基础型式由条形基础转变为桩基础引起的应力重构效应、顶升过程中多种测量控制措施的运用等综合技术手段,均为同类工程的治理提供有益借鉴。Influenced by the consolidation and non-homogeneous groundwater effect, the whole north tower build- ing on a deep backfill foundation has a obvious tilt in Yangquan. The deformation values are far beyond the specifi- cation allowing limit, and it is still increasing. Based on comprehensive analysis and demonstration, the foundation underpinning and jacking rectification are used to govern the tower reaching the desired effect. The comprehensive technical measures including the calculation about interactional force among the upper structure-foundation- ground, the practice of the dig-hole pile as underpinning and jack-up device, the stress effect caused by the founda- tion from strip-type to pile-type, the control measurements in the process of the jacking rectification, provide bene- ficial reference for similar projects.
