摘 要:针对汽车混线装配的需求,结合IE知识提出了应用于装配规划的数学模型的建立方法及优化算法,实现了高效而合理的规划,解决了混线生产中工位间和工位内产品间工时不平衡的问题。以具体案例验证了本文算法的可行性。Based on the production requirements from the mixed assembly line of car, a new method including the mathematical model establishment and genetic algorithm combined by IE knowl- edge is studied and applied to make sure of the effective and reasonable planning result and to solve the unbalances of workload between-workstations, as well between-products in one workstation. In this pa- per a real example is tested for the feasibility of this method and makes a base for the later application of this method in car assembly planning.
