摘　　要：在自身经验的基础上,结合各种文献的意见,针对金属零件的断裂或开裂,探索出一套较实用的初级失效分析方法。并通过几个具体案例,按此方法进行了失效分析示例。An easy operation method of failure analysis is introduced here, which is estab lished according to the authors＂ experiences and combining other literatures＂ opinions. Several typical failure examples are illustrated to demonstrate this analysis method.
