摘  要:针对我国首座大型地下水封石洞油库(简称"地下水封洞库")工程建设特点,采用集成创新、"E+P+C+监理"和第3方技术监测的模式,构建了HD工程建设技术集成、知识集成和组织集成的分析框架,并给出建设管理集成创新评价系统应用表。2 a多的HD工程实践表明该建设管理集成创新模式获得了优良效果,具有如下优点:集"工程建设业主、勘察、设计、施工、监理和监测"六位于一体;"业主、监理和施工"的3层次管理集成创新;在工程建设中可实施"HSE控制、质量控制、进度控制、投资控制和合同控制"5大刚性控制。HD underground water-sealed cavern is China' s first large underground water-sealed oil storage cavern.In consideration of its construction characteristics,a construction mode involving integrated innovation,E (Engineering) + P (Procurement) + C (Construction) + Supervisor,and technical monitoring by a third-party is proposed.The framework of technology integration,knowledge integration,and organization integration is established,and the assessment system for integrated innovation is given.For the construction management of HD project,the proprietor,investigation,designing,construction,supervision and monitoring are integrated; the integrated innovation is further decomposed into three levels:proprietor,supervision and construction; and the HSE control,quality control,schedule control,investment control,as well as contract control are implemented rigidly.Two years of practice at HD project shows that the implementation of integrated innovation has achieved excellent result.
