摘　　要：中国资本走向世界,参与国外矿产资源并购,有利于世界经济发展,并可缓解当前矿产品供需矛盾突出的问题。本文通过对中国矿业机制与国际矿业机制的本质差异进行分析,提出了相应的解决办法,为中国矿业板块运作规则与国际矿业资本市场的规则接轨提供了很好的参考意义,这样可大大降低国内企业在参与海外矿产资源竞争时的并购风险。it will benefit the world if China capital walks out to join the merger and acquisition of mining re- sources abroad, and it can also mitigate the imbalance between demand and supply of mining products. The paper starts with nature analysis on the difference between industry mechanisms home and abroad,and it gives corresponding solution which could beeome a guiding idea for integration of China mining industry into the international eapital mar- ket, greatly reducing the risk in merger and aeuisition confronted by domestic companies in the competition for over- seas resources.
