摘 要:介绍了福建三钢闽光股份有限责任公司炼钢厂2012年7月份后65号高碳硬线盘条在市场上出现杯锥状拉断的质量异议的情况,分析了产生质量异议的原因是孔洞及中心部位的交替偏析,并对转炉、精炼、连铸进行了工艺优化,重点是对过热度与拉速进行了调整。通过一段时间的摸索与市场检验,证明了所采取的措施是有效的,消除了65号盘条拉拔过程中因钢质量引起的拉断现象,用户异议与索赔率下降。This paper introduced the quality obiection of cup-cone fracture existed in 65 high carbon hard wire rod which was produced by Fujian Sanming Iron and Steel (Group) Co. , Ltd. Minguang after July 2012. The reasons of quality objection were analyzed, and it was found that the main reason were alternate segregation position holes and center. Therefore, the process of the converter steelmaking, refining and continu- ous casting was optimized based on above analysis. The superheat of liquid steel and casting speed were the primary adiustment. Through the exploration and market feedback of the product quality, the measures were proved to be effective. The fracture phenomenon of 65 high carbon hard wire rod was eliminated, and the rate of dissent and claim of customers was correspondingly decreased.
