摘 要:管件生产废水属于高酸性废水,废水含有高浓度的氨氮以及Fe2+、Zn2+等金属离子,缺少有机物,水质呈现"低碳高氮"特征。通过水质分析,选用"物化+生化"的组合处理工艺处理该废水。利用二级中和、混凝沉淀作为物化预处理工艺,并采用"A/O/A/O"型SBR反应器进行生物脱氮。针对组合处理工艺的试验研究表明:该工艺对TFe、Zn2+的去除率可达99%以上,出水TN<10 mg/L。处理水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,可全部作为厂区回用水。The wastewater from the production of pipe fittings is highly acidic. The wastewater contains highly con- centrated ammonia/nitrogen, as well as metallic ions, such as Fe2+, Zn2+, etc. and is lack of organic matter. Its water quality is characterized by "low carbon & high nitrogen". By analyzing the wastewater quality, the combined physi- co-chemical and bio-chemical process has been selected. The two-stage neutralization-coagulation precipitation pro- cess is used for the physico-chemical pretreatment, and A/O/A/O-type SBR is used for biological denitrification. The results indicate that by this process the removing rates of TFe and Zn2+ could be above 99%, 10 mg/L. The treated water quality is superior to the first class Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996), and the effluent can fully be reused in the factory.
