摘 要:为满足大功率低电压开关电源稳定、高效率和低纹波的要求,研究开关电源并联供电系统具有重要的意义。使用高性能的STM32控制器产生两路高精度、互补的DPWM信号,控制两路MOS管的导通时间,从而控制两路开关电源的分流,实现了两路开关电源的数字开关均流技术。任意一路开关电源出现故障时,能自动分配电流到另一路,使负载上的电压保持稳定,并设计了消除采样电阻上压降对输出电压影响的直流误差补偿电路。最后给出了电源模块的试验测量数据,验证了设计的可靠性、合理性,具有一定的实用价值。To meet the requirements of high-power low-voltage switching power supply stability, high efficiency and low ripple, studying switching power supply parallel power supply system was of great significance. The high performance STM32 controller was used to generate two high-precision and complementary DPWM signal to control the two MOS tube-time and to control the current of the power. The technology of digital switching average current was achieved. Any way of the power failed, and the current would be automatically assigned to another way, then the voltage on the load was kept stable. Meanwhile DC error compensation circuit was designed to eliminate the impact of the voltage of sampling resistor which dropped on the DC output voltage. Finally, the test data of the power module was given, and the reliability and rationality of the design was verified.
