摘 要:为研究常温沥青混合料强度形成机理与影响因素,采用马歇尔试验方法,系统测定不同级配类型和沥青用量、不同成型方式、击实功、养护周期和养护方式等试验条件下的马歇尔稳定度。试验结果表明:(1)采用悬浮密实型级配有利于常温沥青混合料早期强度的形成,且随沥青用量的变化,混合料强度存在一个最大值;(2)击实功和养护周期是影响常温沥青混合料强度形成的主要外因,双面各击实130次后强度增长才明显缓慢,经49 d养护后强度才最终形成;(3)常温沥青混合料的强度形成具有时间性和过程性,车辆轮碾压密作用促使φ值增大,时间推进、溶剂挥发促使c值增大;在轮碾和时间双重因素作用下,c、φ值同时增大,混合料强度形成更快。The stability of Marshall samples are measured using method of Marshall test in different gradations, asphalt contents, forming methods, compacting works, curing periods and curing ways to study the strength formation mechanism of asphalt mixture at ordinary temperature and its influencing factors. The test results show that (1) the suspension dense gradation is beneficial to the early strength formation of asphalt mixture at ordinary temperature, and its strength has a maximum value with the changing of asphalt content; (2) compacting work and curing period are the main exterior factors for forming strength, and the strength growing will become significantly slow if the double compaction is over 130 times, and the final strength will be formed after 49 d curing; (3) the strength formation is timeliness and procedural, the φ value will increase under the pressure effect of vehicle wheel rolling increasing, and the c value will increase under the influence of solvent evaporation with time increasing, and further more, in the dual role of rolling and time, c and φ values will increase at the same time, which can lead to the strength of asphalt mixture growing faster.
