摘 要:波形钢腹板组合梁是一种新型的钢-混凝土组合结构,在国内外的箱梁桥中得到广泛应用。为了推广该结构在T梁中的应用,结合交通运输部40 m跨径预应力混凝土连续T梁桥上部结构通用设计图,提出了40 m跨径波形钢腹板连续组合T梁设计方案,并进行了详细的结构分析计算,得到了波形钢腹板组合T梁的关键技术和经济性指标,并在技术、施工、经济等多方面与传统预应力混凝土连续T梁进行了对比。结果表明:与混凝土T梁相比,波形钢腹板组合T梁具有较大的技术和经济优势,可以推广应用。组合T梁设计方案与分析结果可供桥梁技术人员在今后类似工程中采用,具有很好的借鉴和指导意义。As a new type of steel-concrete composite structure, composite girder with corrugated steel webs is widely used in box girder bridges all over the world. In order to promote the application of this composite structure in T-beam, with reference to the universal design drawing of 40 m prestressed concrete continuous T-beam bridge's superstructure issued by MOT, we put forward a design scheme of 40 m continuous T-beam with corrugated steel webs, and made a detailed analysis and calculation to obtain the key technical and economical properties of the composite T-beam with corrugated steel webs. We also made the comparison with traditional concrete continuous T-beam in technical, constructional and economical performance. The results show that composite T-beam with corrugated steel webs can be widely applied because it is superior to concrete T-beam both in technical and economical performance. The design scheme and the analysis result of the proposed composite T-beam could be selected by bridge designers. It is instructive and meaningful.
