摘　　要：晋中市中心城区第二污水处理厂污水处理采用A2/O+澄清过滤工艺,污泥处理采用低温碳化工艺。污水厂尾水回用作电厂循环冷却水,石灰污泥用于电厂焚烧炉脱硫除尘,碳化污泥可作为焚烧炉燃料。整个工程设计充分体现了废物资源化利用及节能环保的循环经济理念。介绍了该工程的设计参数、处理工艺流程及其设计特点,可供相关工程参考。The combined process of A2/O, clarification and filtration is adopted for wastewater treatment, low-temperature carbonization process is adopted for sludge treatment in the Second Wastewater Treatment Plant in Jinzhong City. The treated effluent is used as circulating cooling water of an electric power plant. Lime sludge is applied to desulphurization in dust separation and carbonized sludge as fuel of incinerator. The whole project design gives full expression to waste reutilization, energy- saving and environmentally-friendly concept. The design parameters, process flow and design characteris- tics of this project were presented for reference.
