摘 要:建立了一种快速测定海水化学需氧量的方法:利用硝酸银部分沉淀去除海水水样中浓度约为20000mg/L的氯离子,硝酸银最优投量为3.5gAgNO3/gCl-,沉淀离心后取上清液2mL,加入0.2g硫酸汞掩蔽剩余氯离子,采用HACHCOD快速消解试剂消解15min,最后用分光光度法测定海水化学需氧量。整个过程操作简便、快速,仅需0.5h,方法的准确性和重现性较好,可用于测定COD为15~150mg/L海水的化学需氧量。A method for rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand in seawater was estab- lished. To partly remove 20 000 mg/L chloride ion in seawater by precipitation method using silver ni- trate, the optimal dosage of silver nitrate was 3.5 gAgNO3/gC1-. After centrifugation, 0.2 g mercury sulfate was added into 2 mL supernatant to mask the interference of residual chloride ion. The sample was digested for 15 rain by HACH digestion reagent for COD, and the chemical oxygen demand in seawater was determined by spectrophotometry. The whole process was easy and fast, which could be finished within half an hour, with good accuracy and reproducibility. The method was applicable to determine the chemical oxygen demand in seawater with the COD concentration range from 15 mg/L to 150 mg/L.
