摘 要:在传染病暴发初期,采取及时的控制措施,能够有效降低传染病暴发带来的伤害和损失。因此.如何在早期探测发现暴发事件是公共卫生领域始终关注的一个热点问题。该文介绍了中国传染病自动预警系统(Chinainfectiousdiseaseautomated.alertandresponse system。CIDARS),在此基础上对国内外传染病预警系统的系统架构、数据来源、数据挖掘算法、系统配置等4个方面进行对比研究,提出了我国传染病预警系统的发展方向.包括:提出我国传染病预警系统适用的算法,拓宽我国传染病预警系统的信息来源.提高系统预警的及时性和灵敏性等等。In the early outbreaks of infectious diseases, timely control measures may effectively reduce the damage and losses caused by the outbreaks. Therefore, how to realize the early detection of outbreaks has always been a hot issue of concern in the field of public health. This paper made a detailed description of CIDARS (China infectious disease automated-alter and response system), and on the basis of this, a comparative study of system architecture, data sources, data mining algorithms and system configuration of domestic and foreign infectious disease early warning system was taken to raise up the development direction of domestic infectious disease warning system. A suitable algorithm was proposed to broaden the sources of the domestic infectious disease warning system, and also to improve the timeliness and sensitivity of the system.
