摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,研发全球化趋势逐渐增强。学者们从研发机构控制的视角进行研究,形成了相对系统、科学的研究框架。聚焦全球研发机构在跨国公司全球研发体系中所扮演的角色及其演化过程,探讨全球研发机构的控制机制,为更好地构建全球创新网络、整合全球研发资源提供理论与方法。The trend of global R＆D has increased gradually since 1990＇s. Global R＆D has been studied by many scholars based on the control perspective of global R＆D institution. Presently, it has formed systematic and scientific control framework. This paper focuses on the role evolution of global R＆D institution, discusses control mechanisms of global R＆D institution, in order to provide the theory basis for establishing global innovation network and integrating global R^D resources.
