摘　　要：在协同创新进入国家战略层面之际,越来越多的高校、科研院所、大型骨干企业强强联合,瞄准国家亟需的战略性研究、科学技术尖端领域的前瞻性研究、涉及国计民生的重大问题等重大项目,开展深度合作、资源共享,进行协同创新攻关。从协同创新合作伙伴配合度、协同创新能力和协同创新机制3个方面出发,建立了一套攻关项目的协同创新绩效评价指标体系,该指标体系简明扼要,能够抓住攻关项目协同创新实施过程中的主要问题,可为评估攻关项目协同创新水平提供参考依据,也可以为协同创新主体提高协同绩效提供参考。The paper examines the degree of adaptability between the cooperative partners of project collaborative innova- tion, the ability of project collaborative innovation and the mechanism of project collaborative innovation and establish a set of evaluation index system of the performance of project collaborative innovation, which aim to evaluate the level of re- search project collaborative innovation and make feedbacks, thus provide references to the project management enterprises when examining and verifying the utility of project collaborative innovation. The index system is terse and be able to cap- ture the major problems in the implementation process of project innovation. Therefore~ it could provide references to the assess of the level of project collaborative innovation. It can also be improving the collaborative performance for collabora- tive innovation main body provide reference.
