高校科技人员“享受性缺失”现象研究——以广东高校为例

摘　　要：基于对广东高校316名科技人员的调查,分析高校科技人员"享受性缺失"现象产生的原因,并在此基础上提出相关建议。研究发现,高校科技人员在科研工作中的快乐体验整体处于中等偏低水平,部分科技人员存在明显的"享受性缺失",不同类别科技人员的快乐体验各不相同。Based on 316 copies of a questionnaire to 316 participants,who are scientific and technological personnel with uni- versities in Guangdong Province,the research analyzes their lack of enjoyment, tries to find some causes and finally of- fers some suggestions. The study shows that the personnel as a whole have an under-average level of enjoyment experience from their research work, that some personnel lack of enjoyment apparently, and that different groups of them have different level of enjoy experience. Causes of the phenomenon are involved in multiple aspects of scientific and technological work.
