摘　　要：基于"天地图"API的教育资源系统,采用RIA(富因特网应用程序)的开发模式,以用户的实际需求为出发点,通过"天地图·甘肃"API调用地图服务,将结果作为系统底图,为广大用户提供直接、可视化的教育信息服务。结果表明,利用Flex技术开发的富客户端WebGIS能有效提高WebGIS的运行效率,增强用户的体验度,呈现更加丰富、易变、交互式的用户界面,为WebGIS开发应用提供新的思路。Education resource system, based on the World Map API, was developed by RIA mode. Taking user＇s actual demand as the design starting point and using World Map Gansu API to call map service as base map, the system could provide direct and visual service for vast majority users. It turned out that the rich client WebGIS developed by Flex technology could effectively improve the operational efficiency of WebGIS, enhance the user＇s experience ,present a richer, variable and interactive user＇s interface, and provide a new way for WebGIS development and application.
