摘　　要：克拉克说"交通将成为城市的缔造者和改变者",这一预言在高铁时代得到了印证。高铁的迅速发展,大大降低了人们出行的时间成本,旅游产业的空间布局随即发生了变化,旅游产业要素也重新聚集或扩散,这将对旅游者行为决策、旅游目的地空间竞争力等产生巨大影响。河南省地处东部沿海与西部地区的结合部,全国高铁"四纵四横"中有"一纵一横"经过河南,有较明显的交通优势。以河南省为研究对象,分析高铁的发展对区域旅游产业的影响,探讨新形势下旅游产业聚集区规划的思路,为河南旅游产业的繁荣提供理论及案例支撑。Clark said： ＂traffic will become the city＇s builders and changer. ＂ This prophecy was confirmed in the high- speed rail era.The rapid development of high - speed rail, which greatly reduced the cost of time for people to travel, changed tourism industry spatial structure immediately, and also had tourism industry elements re - gathered or diffused, that would affect the tourists behavioral decision, tourism destination competitiveness. Henan Province was located to the junction between the eastern coastal and western regions, which had ＂a vertical and a horizontal＂ in the Chinese ＂four vertical and four horizontal＂ high- speed railway network. Taking Henan Province as the research object, this paper analyzed the impact of high - speed railway on the regional tourism industry, and thus explored the new planning ideas of the tourism industry cluster, which provided the theoreti- cal and case support for the prosperity of the tourism industry in Henan Province.
