摘　　要：分析了目前国家信息化发展政策、三网融合和Intranet(企业内网)的发展现状,提出了把企业内部的计算机网、电话网和电视网三网合一的观点,讨论了Intranet内实现三网融合的概念、必要性、经济效益、技术路线,阐述了三网融合综合接入端和终端的原理与组成,最后给出了基于Intranet的三网融合的完整实现方法。This paper analyses the developing situation of the current national informatization development policy and tri-networks integration and intranet. Put forward the enterprise internal computer network, telephone network and television network of three-in-one network point of view. Discuss the concept of tri-networks integration within the Intranet, necessity, economic benefits and technical route. It is expounded that tri-networks integration access principle and composition of the access to the end and terminal. Finally gives the complete implementation of tri-networks integration method based on the Intranet.
