摘　　要：随着社会的竞争越来越激烈,大学生的心理健康问题,引起了越来越多的社会关注。阅读疗法作为一种新型的心理咨询手段,得到了广泛的关注。笔者介绍阅读疗法进行,分析了高校图书馆开展阅读疗法的优势,提出了高校图书馆开展阅读疗法的措施。With the social competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the mental health of college students has attracted more and more attention from the society. Bibiotherapy as a psychological consulting means new has received extensive attention. The paper introduces bibiotherapy, analyzes the advantages of developing bibiotherapy in university library, puts forward the measures of developing bibiotherapy in university library.
