摘　　要：鉴于科技竞赛对创新型人才培养的重要作用,针对当前高校科技竞赛存在的问题,通过调研和分析科技竞赛管理工作现状,总结和提炼出地方高校科技竞赛校、系部(院)、教学团队三级组织管理体系的具体操作方法,为地方高校科技竞赛规范化管理提供参考。The purpose of this paper is to explore a workable pluralistic management mechanism of school authorities, departments and faculty teams for science and technology competition that is vital to innovative talents training. It reviews the exiting issues and status of the management of the contests, and proposes a feasible and suggestive approach to standardizing the management.
