全方位综合治疗癌症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨全方位综合治疗癌症的临床疗效。方法:选择287例患者为研究对象,126例纳入以中医药为主综合治疗中,165例纳入以化疗为主综合治疗中。将126例患者按照随机数字表法分为中药组44例和综合组82例,中药组采用辨证施治及分阶段治疗,综合组在中药组的基础上加用化疗、生物治疗、心理治疗、气功治疗等;另将165例患者按照随机数字表法分为单纯化疗组62例和综合治疗组103例,单纯化疗组根据病种的不同采用不同的化疗方案,综合治疗组在单纯化疗的基础上加用中药治疗、生物治疗、心理治疗、饮食及气功治疗。结果:中药组与综合治疗组、单纯化疗组与综合治疗组的有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组与综合治疗组、单纯化疗组与综合治疗组治疗后免疫指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全方位综合治疗癌症可明显改善和提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of all-round comprehensive cure of cancer. Methods： choose 287 patients as the research object, 126 cases into is given priority to with traditional Chinese medicine in the comprehensive treatment, 165 cases into is given priority to with chemotherapy in the comprehensive treatment. According to random number table method, 126 patients divided into Chinese medicine group of 44 cases and maintaining 82, the adoption of evidence-based medicine and Chinese medicine group therapy in stages, on the basis of maintaining group in Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy, biological treatment, psycholog- ical therapy, qigong therapy, etc. ; The other 165 patients according to random number table method can be divided into pure chemo- therapy group 62 cases and comprehensive treatment group 103 cases. Pure chemotherapy group according to different kinds of different chemotherapy regimens, comprehensive treatment group on the basis of pure chemotherapy combined with Chinese medicine treatment, psychotherapy, diet and qigong treatment. Results： Chinese medicine group and treatment group, pure chemotherapy group compared with the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment group, the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive treatment, pure chemotherapy group compared with comprehensive treatment group after treatment of immune index, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive comprehensive treatment can obvi- ously improve and enhance the quality of life of patients with cancer.
