乳腺癌前病变的中西医研究概况

摘　　要：随着乳腺疾病普查工作的开展,越来越多的乳腺疾病包括乳腺癌被在早期发现,如何治疗和逆转乳腺良性癌前病变便成为极其重要的工作。中药对于乳腺癌前病变具有多靶点逆转作用,其机制包括调节雌激素水平、抑制血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞DNA合成及核酸代谢、诱导细胞凋亡等。但是,这些研究均未涉及调节雌激素水平的相关分子机制方面,这和现代医学治疗该病的理念有较大差异性,并且缺乏分子机制之间的蛋白质联系基础的说明,目前尚未有能广泛应用于该病治疗的中药制剂,还有待进一步研究。Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hefei Anhui China 230031 Abstract ： With the development of the mammary gland disease census，a growing number of mammary gland diseases including breast cancer were found in the early days. How to treat and reverse mammary gland benign precancerous lesions has become an extremely impor-tant work. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has multiple targets reversal effect on breast precancerosis lesions. Its mechanism includes regulating estrogen levels,inhibiting angiogenesis,inhibiting tumor cell apoptosis induced by DNA synthesis and nucleic acid metabolism, etc.. However，these studies are not involved in relevant molecular mechanisms of estrogen levels. This and the concept of modem medical treatment of the disease have bigger difference as well as lack the protein contact base among the molecular mechanism. There is no widely used of traditional Chinese medicine preparation in the treatment at present. The disease remains to be further research.
