摘　　要：得气是医者在守神的基础上,以针具为媒介,作用于患者经络腧穴上,使得经络腧穴产生了反应,医者根据这些反映的性质与状态,施行一定的针刺手法,有效地调整失衡紊乱的经气,继而调节气血的运行和脏腑的功能,使之达到阴平阳秘的状态。它应是动态的调治过程而不是静止的不变状态。患者感觉、医者手下感觉及临床疗效是判断得气的综合标准。Deqi takes needles as intermediary agent to affect on the patients meridians and produce the meridians reaction based on spir- itual concentration. The healer implementation of certain acupuncture technique based on reflective character and status can effectively adjust the imbalance and disorders of meridian qi then adjust the qi and blood running and viscera function to achieve Yinping Yangmi state. It should be a dynamic modulation process rather than a static constant state. Feeling, medical texture and clinical curative effect are comprehensive standards of Deqi.
