中医文化的人文伦理在构建医患关系中的应用

摘　　要：人文因素包括伦理学、心理学等诸多方面,有利于改善医患关系以及缓解医患矛盾。中医在我国指导医疗实践活动已有数千年的时间,是在传统中华文化基础上演变而来的学科,虽然中医实践较为丰富,但中医文化中的人文伦理在医患关系中的作用却被人们所忽视。而和谐、健康、丰富的中医文化,可以加强医院建设,提升其凝聚力、竞争力及发展力,同时还可以构建良好的国家卫生体系。Objective：To study the influence of YishenDaluo drink on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis IL-2 and IL-4. Meth-ods：^ mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Chinese medicine group and hormone group, ten in each group. The normal group and model group were given physiological saline 0. 1 mL/10 g, intragastric administration. The Chinese medicine group was given YishenDaluo Drink [ 2 g （ crude drug） g . mL^l ],0. 1 mL/10 g,lavage. The hormone group was given Prednisone （0.42 g ？ L_1 ） ,0. 1 ml/lOg,lavage. Use protein western immunoblotting to determine the changes of IL-2 and IL-4 in central nerve tissue of EAE mice. Results ： The neurological function score of model group was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group after 61th day. Compared of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05） . The IL-2 expression levels in central nerve tissue of model group were higher than that of normal group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The IL-2 ex-pression levels in central nerve tissue of Chinese medicine group and hormone group were lower than that of model group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The IL-4 expression levels in central nerve tissue of Chinese traditional medicine group were higher than that of model group. The difference was statistically significant （F〈0.05）. Conclusion ： YishenDaluo drink can reduce the neurological function score of EAE mice,relieve the inflammatory cell infiltrate and myelinoclasis of central nervous tissue of EAE mice. Its mechanism may be related to decreasing the IL-2 expression levels and increasing the IL-4 expression levels.
