摘　　要：目的:探讨中医寒凝血瘀证动物模型的制备方法。方法:对近年来制备寒凝血瘀证动物模型的方法进行比较、分析及综合评价。结论:制备符合中医辩证施治理论特点的寒凝血瘀证动物模型的方法繁多,综合相关文献报道,认为制备寒凝血瘀证动物模型的关键因素是温度,尚需进一步的摸索。Objective ： To explore the preparation of animal model in TCM cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome. Methods ： The meth- ods for preparing cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome are compared, analyzed and evaluated comprehensively. Conclusion： The methods in preparation of cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome which need to meet the characteristics of TCM syndrome differenti- ation are complicated. According to related literature and reports, temperature which is considered to be the key factor for preparing the model need our further research.
