旋推复位加指压法治疗颈源性心脏病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定点旋推复位及敏感指压法治疗颈源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法:采用定点旋推复位及敏感指压法治疗,治疗方法是①在胸痛同侧的胸锁乳突肌前缘与颈椎体前气管旁处由上至下找出最明显的痛点,即为敏感点,指压敏感点。②定点旋推复位偏歪颈椎棘突。结果:29例患者中临床控制为17例;显效为6例;进步为4例;无效为2例,有效率为93.10%。结论:定点旋推复位及敏感点指压法治疗颈源性心脏病临床疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of fixed-point rotation reposition combined with sensitive compression digita-lis in treating cervical heart disease. Methods ：（1） Find out the apparent pain spot in the same side of sternocleidomastoid and body of cervical vertebra trachea. （2） Fixed-point rotation reposition of cervical spine. Results： Clinical control were 17 cases, markedly im-proved in 6 cases，advance in 4 cases，invalid in 2 cases. The effective rate was 93. 10% . Conclusion ： Fixed-point rotation reposition combined with sensitive compression digitalis in treating cervical heart disease has distinct clinical curative effect.
