经穴体外反搏对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血清hs-CRP、血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察经穴体外反搏疗法对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)稳定型心绞痛患者血清hs-CRP、血脂的影响。方法:将75例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组1、治疗组2和对照组,每组各25例,对照组采用西医常规治疗。治疗组1在对照组的基础上联合体外反搏,治疗组2在对照组的基础上联合经穴体外反搏。15 d为1个疗程,观察患者治疗前后血脂、血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标的变化。结果:三组患者治疗后血脂,血清高敏C反应蛋白hs-CRP改善均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组1和治疗组2血脂、hs-CRP较对照组改善差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组2血脂TC、LDL-C较治疗组1改善差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组2较治疗组1hs-CRP改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但数据显示治疗组2 hs-CRP含量下降趋势更为明显。结论:经穴体外反搏对冠心病稳定型心绞病血脂、hs-CRP等指标改善显著。Objective ： To observe the effect of external counterpulsation of meridian acupoints on serum hs-CRP and blood fat of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris. Methods ： 75 patients were divided into treatment group 1,2 and control group according to ran-dom number table method,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. Treatment group 1 was given external counterpulsation based on the control group. Treatment group 2 was given external counterpulsation of meridian acupoints based on the control group, 15 d as one course of treatment. Observe the blood lipid,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hs- CRP index before and after treatment. Results ： Compared with before treatment, the blood lipid, serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hs-CRP index of three groups were improved, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Compared the blood lipid, ser-um high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hs-CRP index of two treatment groups with control group, the difference was statistically sig-nificant （ P 〈0. 05 ） . Compared the blood lipids TC and LDL-C of treatment group 2 with treatment group 1,the difference was statisti-cally significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared the improvement of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hs-CRP index of treatment group 2 with treatment group 1,there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉0. 05）. But the data show that the downtrend of hs- CRP levels of treatment group was more obvious. Conclusion ： Drugs combined with external counterpulsation and external counterpulsati-on of meridian acupoints can improve the blood lipid, serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hs-CRP index significantly.
