铜绿假单胞菌外膜蛋白D2与亚胺培南耐药关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究广西地区铜绿假单胞菌外膜蛋白D2(OprD2)的表达与亚胺培南耐药之间的关系。方法采用SDS-PAGE电泳法对提取出的106株耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌的外膜蛋白进行电泳,并利用水杨酸盐抑制实验确定OprD2的位置,通过凝胶成像系统成像并将其与敏感株比较进行分析。结果 106株耐亚胺培南的铜绿假单胞菌中有99株细菌缺失OprD2。结论 OprD2缺失是铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药的主要原因之一。Objective To study the relation between the outer membrane protein D2（OprD2） expression of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and imipenem-resistance in Guangxi area. Methods The SDS-PAGE electrophoresis was a- dopted to conduct the electrophoresis on the extracted OprD2 from 106 strains of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the salicylates inhibit experiment was used to determine the position of OprD2, then the imaging was per- formed by the gel imaging system and compared with sensitive strains for conducting analysis. Results Among 106 strains of imipenem-resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,99 strains lost OprD2. Conclusion The OprD2 loss is one of the main reasons of Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to imipenem in Guangxi area.
