摘 要:目的:探讨皮炎康颗粒对慢性变应性接触性皮炎小鼠皮肤NF-кBp50阳性细胞表达的影响。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)建立小鼠慢性变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)模型,设定皮炎康颗粒高(4倍等效量)、中(2倍等效量)、低(等效量)3个剂量组和氯雷他定片高剂量(4倍量)组、空白组、模型组。观察皮炎康颗粒对慢性ACD小鼠皮肤NF-кBp50阳性细胞表达的影响。结果:模型组与空白组相比,NF-κBp50阳性细胞数及平均光密度明显增加,有统计学意义(P<0.01);皮炎康各剂量组和氯雷他定片组与模型组相比均能降低小鼠NF-κBp50阳性细胞数及平均光密度,有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:皮炎康颗粒可明显降低DNCB引起的慢性变应性接触性皮炎模型小鼠皮肤NF-кBp50阳性细胞表达,是皮炎康颗粒调控免疫反应和炎性反应作用之一。Objective : To discuss the influence of Piyankang Granules on NF- K Bp50 positive cell expressions in mice. Methods : The ACD model was established with DNCB. There were Piyankang Granules high, middle and low dose groups, Lomtadine high dose group, blank group and model group. The influence on NF- x BpS0 was observed. Results : The model group compared with blank group, the expression of NF- K BpS0 in mice was significantly increased. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P〈0.05 ). Piyankang Granules in each dosage group and Lomtadine high dose group compared with the model group could obviously reduce the expression of NF- K BpS0 in mice with DNCE-induced ACD. There were significant differences between the two groups ( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : Piyankang Granules can obviously reduce the expression of NF- K BpS0 in mice with DNCE-induced ACD, which is one of the functions of Piyankang Granules to regulate the immune system and inflammation.
